I had purchased Aquagard water purifier from reliance digital sec 9 panchkula on 27/3/23 for Rs 17999, the screenshot of bill i have attached herewith. It is under 1 year warranty.
It is not working since 11/11/23.I have registered multiple complaints since then, the screenshot of which i am attaching herewith.
Initially the reliance digital sent technician who said that some electrical component is malfunctioning the request for which has been raised and it will get replaced under warranty within a week.
At that time the water was being filtered normally and just the LED light was blinking continuously and he said that you can continue to use the water purifier.
After a week they said that by mistake wrong part was issued so they have requested for the correct part. Today they sent another technician who said that the filters are blocked which are not replacable under warranty. So they raised a request to brand warranty aquagard who confirmed the same.
Had the reliance technician raised the request to aquagard brand on the first visit itself further damage because of electrical fault would have been avoided. Now they are saying that either you have to pay Rs 4300 for the filter or buy the annual maintainence contract of Rs 6500. The reliance digital fools the customers on grounds of checking the machine and deliberately damage the part so that we have to buy their annual maintenance service. Kindly look into the matter as this is how they are fooling all the customers.
