[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Defective product is not getting replaced

I had bought a power bank(RECONNECT) from reliance digital.It is not working .Reliance digital is asking for box in which item was packed without which they are not going to replace the item.I have given them the bill.In their Database all the details are present even though they are not returning.
