With relation to my transaction on May 27, 2023 at Reliance Digital located in Civil Lines, Allahabad, I wish to address the following matter. As a regular customer of Reliance Digital, I have purchased various household electronic items in the past, such as LED, AC, LAPTOP, iPhone, Oven, and more.
However, on my most recent visit, your Allahabad store knowingly sold me a faulty product, specifically the HP Ink Advantage Deskjet 2776 printer. Although we had considered purchasing another version, your sales representatives strongly recommended the defective item while intentionally withholding a demonstration of its operability. We were advised that it was as simple as plug-and-print.
Upon returning home, I had never utilized this item, since my family and I were out of town for a period of time during our children's school vacation period. On 3rd july 2023, when we urgently required the printer to complete my child's school project, I attempted to use it and discovered that the black cartridge indicated there was no ink. I then purchased a brand new cartridge from Reliance digital and installed it, only to find that the product continued to malfunction.
On 4th of July 2023, I brought the product back to the Reliance Digital Allahabad store for a demonstration on how to properly print. Upon inspection, the staff member remarked that the sensor was out of order, indicating that they were aware of the product's defects. Despite my inquiries, the representatives were unhelpful and unpleasant, telling me to submit an online claim to HP support. We are not responsible for this fault you own deal with HP. Is this the behavior expected from your brand?
Although the product was valued at a mere Rs. 7, 000, I was appalled by the service I received, which was well beyond my expectations. My family and I left the aforementioned product at the Reliance Digital Allahabad store counter, deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. Regrettably, it is not feasible for us to return to your establishment. Hope you will look into this matter. I am only concerned about why I received a product with technical faults when I paid for a new and fully functional one.
Even the faulty product itself in there store & don't know when it will be delivered .
