This is to let you know I purchased Haier AC in May 2023, and its outdoor Unit's discharge pipe was busted two times in just two months.
I raised the first ticket on 19 July. Technician came and he said it's Outdoor unit's discharge pipe is busted and the pipe needs to be welded first, he performed his welding and gas fueling stuff. Right after just 3 hours AC's cooling went off, So I again raised another ticket and another technician came, He said the same pipe is busted at the same place.
He called his supervisor and informed that the AC is just two months old and can not be repaired as it keeps getting busted again and again.
I have taken the Technician's supervisor contact number and tried to contact him. He said we will send one email to Haier and your AC will be replaced.
I have again followed up with Rahul Sharma(Technician supervisor), he is completely unresponsive now, he is not picking my call.
I also arranged his Supervisor(Satish) contact number, I had a conversation with Satish and he said they have sent the email and are now just waiting for approval.
Today I tried to check the status but he is also unresponsive and not picking my call too.
These all incidents create a negative image of these peoples and the Brand as well.
I am really surprised, is this how the Reliance Store works?
It's gonna be 10 days and I am not getting a proper resolution. I am completely hopeless by Reliance's negative behavior.
I am also sharing the names of people to whom I talk with, Proper feedback needs to be shared with them.

2. Supervisor Technician: Rahul Sharma
3. Service Manager: Satish
Resolution time has already been exceeded. I am really worried about this Product.
I am requesting all the respected supervisors, please help me in order to resolve my issue!!
