Have ordered an air cooler from the Reliance digital site on 17/04/2024(Order No:
RDF[protected], and will ordering it was given delivered by tomorrow ie on 18/04/2024. They have given delivery to another company called Shisy. Delivery guy came to deliver the product on 18/04/2024 to hoe and they he was telling that he has forgot to pick the product from the warehouse. And was telling will do the delivery tomorrow.
Next day I called the Reliance customer care and explained them the same. Customer care team was telling to wait until EOD and it we be delivered by EOD.
I did get the delivery on there given delivery date. And called the customer care on 20/04/2024 and asking for the update, the same we raised the complaint and asked we wait for 48 hrs to get any update.
After telling that I have already waited for 2 day and I need wait another 2 days . They say this there process. If you want you can wait or else you can cancel the product.
This there attitude of resolving the issue .
Worst service and all fake promise. Customer care people are were rude and they wont give any solutions to your concerns. Was this information helpful? |
