[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Hp laptop under warranty not repeat | |||
Dear sir/mam Job sheet number - [protected] I'm having a hp pavalion g6 -2312ax laptop which i have purchased on 19-sep-2013 from reliance digital serial no-5cd3184xz2 for which i have paid extra money for extending my warranty for 18-sep-2016... My laptop was under warranty and its motherboard got defected after that i took that laptop to my reliance digital service centre in 175 sec-63 a noida industrial area, noida 201301, for repairing. Then afterwards they contacted me regarding my laptop and said that this laptop cannot be repaired due to some reasons. They have taken my laptop since 4-6 weeks. I have paid extra for warranty then also they are not repairing it. I want you to please take strict action regarding this. You are my last hope please help me. Thank you.
