This is complain regarding Kent Pride plus purifier.
I am continuously following up with customer care on this issue from 01st Nov 2023 and not yet resolved.
There is no proper status update in App and the resolution time mentioned was 12th Nov 2023. Till date no one has turned up or provided the status. Water purifier is not working since 01st Nov 2023 which is now 20 days . From the time of purchase there is some or other issue with this purifier useless product delivered by Reliance.
I have contacted 3 customer care executives through phone and email as well since 16th Nov and everyone is providing same answer we are escalating to take on priority and will be addressed ASAP. But till date there is no resolution provided.
Refund the amount for the ResQ plan services taken and I am not interested in continuing with reliance services anymore.
Replace the faulty water purifier immediately. Was this information helpful? |
