Reliance Digital — No Resolution to my Service Requests

I purchased Reliance ResQ Plans 2Years extended warranty along with my Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital. Recently it has started giving very less cooling. When i book service requests via their ResQ app the Technician visit my premises to check the issue and say that they will send the concerned team for repair and then they close the complaint without resolving it. I have raised 4 Service requests in the past 4 weeks but they just keep closing the complaint. I just raised another service request now (Request No.[protected]) . Kindly help on how to escalate this issue with the higher officials for speedy resolution.
