We have bought an aquaguard filter in May 2023 and lodged a free service checkup for it in Relaince Digital.
The service guy who came for it was very arrogant and since he came he asked for money, he said we dont give free services, the company sells the product and later on it becomes our burden.
To be quoted, before he arrived our filter was working properly and there was no issue but after he came he started saying all three filters of yours are not working and needs to be replaced and everything will be charged.
It seems that he did something intentionally and the filter is now not working, when we said its only around 7 months how is it possible that we have consumed 6000litres of water in a family of only three, then he said only one of your filter is not working and it needs to be replaced.
He said go and talk to relaince digital and tell them my name is sujoy and i have denied from giving services.
We simply dont think there is an issue with the filter and he did it intentionally so that we replace the filter and pay him money.
Reliance digital is a pathetic service provider and is not doing anything to resolve our issue. Was this information helpful? |
