[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Product not delivered after 8 days of billing. (Hul water purifier) | |||
Hi, I have purchased a HUL water purifier from reliance digital and have done advance billing when the store manager promised to deliver the product within 3 days because it was not in stock. It has been more than 8 days and the product is still not delivered. After follow up with the store people they are saying it may take 1 week more. Reliance digital gaurantees 24 hours delivery else 5000 rs coupon. why such false promises when they can't deliver the products on time. along with this i purchased other items also and really delivery of products was a pain.. so much follow up was required no proper response was given. still i am waiting for my water purifier for which the advance payment was done. I had already registered multiple complaints on the customer care but no response yet. Was this information helpful? | |||
