I have purchased an Android TV of PANASONIC Company which product Model is 32LS680DX as on 09th Jan 24. Yesterday, 10.01.24 the technician has came for installation but due to software issue he could not able to install, at same time I have informed to the Store and handed the defective purchased item. During the handover process of defective purchased item the Store staff were gone rude. As they are not bothor to entertain my problem. Their behaviors are much unexpected. Please arrange to replace the item or return my paid amount instead of repairing the same defective product.
