[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — Refund and bad customer support

i made an order from reliance digital on 16 dec 2022, the order was partially cancelled & returned by reliance digital.

it was a prepaid payment, after 3 days (on 19th) i got only half the amount returned.
The total order value was: RS 698, but I got only RS 349 refund .

I am tired of mailing customer support. There is no response from reliance digital side.
if i call the customer support number every time they say, is we raised complaint wait . and if i call again they say complaint has been resolved.

reliance digital has the worst customer support .
