I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the delay in the initiation of my refund for Order #RDF53339557, which was placed on [10.08.2023], and refund initiate date is 26th august 2023 It has now been 29 days+ since I requested the refund, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or update on the status of the refund process.
I followed all the necessary steps to initiate the return and refund, and I provided all the required information promptly. However, the lack of communication and transparency from your end has left me frustrated and concerned about the credibility of Reliance Digital customer service.
Reliance digital only give me a 4 days time everytime which is now 30 days cross and still I am didn't receive any refund and any positive response from reliance digital. I am also send my credit card statement to the reliance digital but still reliance digital doesn't reply me with positive response, only delay delay I receive from reliance digital but still not receive my refund.
