One year back i purchased a ao smith z8 water purifier.
Reliance failed to provided any due services for the product when it was under warranty.
So technically from last one year i received 0 product service for my purchased product.
But a month ago when products warranty was coming to an end. One of the person from resq team contacted me to update the warranty by another 2 years and talked about all the servicing benefits.
They also promised about prompt service from now after.
From last one week i am struggling to get a service for my product, i raised a request through app or directly calling customer care.
Trust me no one provided any service just playing with words.
The bottom line is that my product has stopped working and still waiting for the servicing of my product.
Please tell me what is use of taking the services of reliance when a customer is suffering in the end.
It seems a fraudulent and lies presented by reliance and after taking the money no one responds or calls back from reliance.
I need answers for all these questions and need my entire money back taken under your fraudulent service extended warranty.
