The invoice copy of the senheiser cx275s earphone got fainted within few days. Now my earphone is not working and wanted to get replacement. I contacted the senheiser customer care but senheiser unable to understand the invoice details that was provided to me. Please send me a soft copy at sid. [protected]@gmail.com asap. I have to get the replacement as the earphone is of high costs.
