Dear Sir, I have received the JIO SIM on 23/08/2016. Till now it has not been activated. I have already mailed to [protected]@jio.com and appellate.[protected]@jio.com. But they are not able to help me. After repeated twitting, I have received a Service Request number SR000001DUXU. Till now no action has been taken. It has been more than 24 days.
