Reliance Digital Tv (Reliance Big Tv) — Worst service — did not shift my connection to new home | |||
Hello, I shifted to New home and raised request #[protected] on 21st November-2015 with Reliance Customer Care to shift my Digital TV to new address. Nobody turned up for 2 days and later I started folloing up with them. Till now (as of 27th November) I have called them 20+ times and still they are telling that technical executive will be arranged soon. The height of worst service is, whenever I asked them to transfer the call to senior person or lead for the escalation, they disconnected my call. I am asking them to give me TAT for the request to get completed and they have no answer. Was this information helpful? | |||
