I have bought a Whirlpool refrigerator from Reliance Digital in Kutatpally, Hyderabad EAN#[protected] on May 11th 2014. First of all, no one has turned up for the demo of the fridge, it had problems right from the start with cooling. I have raised multiple complaints with your team with complaint numbers as below for no cooling. very bad odour, vegetables getting rotten
1) [protected] - says no issue with fridge and goes away . tried calling the concerned person again and again with no response -Complaint has been closed without even contacting me,
[protected] Service executive says fridge has low gas, fills it, and closes the complaint- same issue raises again.
[protected] Service executive comes says he has to observe the fridge for atleast 3 days, trying to call him, no response. Today I receive a message saying complaint has been resolved.
Because of the product you have sold me I have lost close to 4000 rs over the previous months for vegetables, fruits, curd and other eatables.
Can this issue be resolved or my money returned back, so that I dont have to undergo the rude behaviour of your customer service who think they own the world and I am an who is complaining Was this information helpful? |
