I have purchased a reconnect thunderstorm worth 3500/- from reliance digital, esplanade mall, bhubaneswar on 3rd nov 2019 after i checked it on 9th nov it is found to be a damaged one. So i take it to the store as per the rule though it is not exceeded 7 days the should replace me a same one but they refuse to do so. They took it to their service center and told me it will be repaired in 2 -3 days, i repeatedly calling them to ask about my product they did not give any update on that. I tried to register a complain to their bpo service but they did not register my complaint against their own store. And also delete my registered phone number from their database. After giving 4 time complain they register my complain. And now their store manager is calling me and asking me to take a replacement after 6 days.
Why now? I purchased that product to gift my brother on his wedding on 12th nov. What will i do now with this replacement. I am asking for my refund but they are not willing to pay me.
