Reliance Energy — 5 time more bill amount | |||||
Reliance energy has charges us 5 times more which has not happened in last 5 years. Our bill used to come around 1000rs and this time its 6500rs. This is not possible as we have not istalled any new appliances at our place so how this is possible. They sent their technician and said the meter is working fine and we have to pay the bill. I request the cosumer complaint forum to take up this issue with the higher authority and convey the issue as many people are suffering from such problems. I'm complaining about street light outside my building gate of Bhairav CHS, opp MVM school, off Veera Desai road, Andheri west, Mumbai 400058, pole number KBS029/13 not working since last 4 months. Complaint number[protected] dated 5th sep. Complaint done thrice but no action taken yet. Resolve ASAP.

I am shamshad hussain shaikh my electricity account no[protected], sir please note from last 4 month i am facing problem, but i did not getting resolution an how many time me an my son come to your office but then also i am not getting resolution we have submitted application, now sir you tell me what to do, an how many time your worker in our area i am saying please change the meter he replied we will do an after no one coming, Bcoz sir we are getting very high bill from last 4 month please i am telling you solve this and please change the meter box. please sir look into this matter Bandra east bheram nagar pani wali gali room no s 5 160 mum -51
