Reliance Energy — complaint against high energy bill for the month of may 2018 & june 2018 & request for waive off into june 2018 electric bill | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to bring to your notice that reliance energy has been charging unrealistic bill amount. The latest bill for may 2018 & june – 2018 are completely a dispute as the units have grown 3x times as compared to previous month or even as compared to apr 2018. They are faulty meters or fraud going around this and everytime a complaint is raised they wash their hands off by saying no problem all ok. I would like to bring this matter on a serious note and make a case around it as reliance energy cannot be take common man on a ride. Reliance energy account number:[protected] Apr[protected] units bill amount rs. 1580.00/- May[protected] units bill amount : 5310/- (Dispute for comparison) June[protected] units bill amount : 3440/- (Dispute for comparison) There are been no such drastic change in usage for the units to be 4x as compared to last month. 20% to 25% higher usage is acceptable but not 4x. Also we have small house like 1 bhk and there are no other heavy electric items for consumptions of highly energy, you can check for the same. So we are hereby request you to take matter on top priority as reliance energy will expect us to pay this money and then they will investigate which will go to complete waste. Also we are not paying the june 2018 bill until the may 2018 bill problem has not been solved. Looking forward to your support.
