Reliance Energy — Higher bill amount from last 5 months

Sir/ Madam, i have received an unexpected Reliance Energy bill of Rs.5890/- for the Month of july 2015. I It is very essential to mention here that my usual bill amount is around Rs. 1600/- to Rs.1800/- and units consumed is on an average . It is very shocking to see a sudden rise in the electricity bill and units consumed almost thrice the earlier records with the same usage, in fact i was not there at home for around 10 days in May 2015. This clearly indicates that there is some problem from your side be it meter reading, problem in meter etc. the units is not doing his job., then too the bill and units consumed. Your kind concern in this regard would be highly appreciated. i have complaint for the same for month of june was 4660/- so this month you have send the of 5890/- The details of my bill is as under: Bill date- 24.07.2015, Amount Rs. 5890/-, Due date- 14.08.2015, Account No.[protected], Cycle No. 04, Tariff- LT I, Bill No.[protected], Type of supply- Single Phase, Category- Residential. Kindly look into the matter urgently.
