Reliance Energy — No lights in the underground tunnel, Western express highway, dattani park, kandivali, 400101

This is regarding underground tunnel at Western express highway, dattani park, kandivali, 400101.

There is no single light in the tunnel since past 1 month. It becomes risky and dengerous in the daytime as well as there is no light at all while crossing it.
