I was financial issue then i visit http://www.rilfinanceltd.in/. The page i fill my profile details then it redirects me on whatsapp where i can apply, then i request for a loan for rs 50000/- only. A executive on whatsapp took my all documents and says your loan will be credit after submit processing fee of 2500/-. He did not told me any extra charge. Ok then i pay fee of 2500/- immediately. He send me a sms of credit amount of rs 52500/-. They include rs 7800 gst on it & says you have to pay Gst amount first after it you will be credited by loan amount. But if i have Rs 7800/- then why i apply for loan. I have paid Rs 2500/- that was available for me. I said i have no money now to pay 7800 overall.
I said to executive to send me loan amount in my account first thats why i pay GST. But your executive says me No.why he did not told me about Gst first. If he told me all things firstly then i will never process to take this loan.i said executive to repay my processing fee refund then he hang up my call.
These are executive contact no. Where they call, chat me on whatsapp. After my calls they block my no.
I want my Rs. 2500/- which they cheat me in behalf of processing fees.
