Reliance Gio — New rel jio cell phone not working since last 3 days totally mentally harassed

I bought a new reliance gio cell fone in tohana fatehabad haryana 125120 nd i was told that the cell will be activated within 2 hrs. I rapidly chk the cell bt cellfone dis not work. I went back to dealer and complain to him for resolve the issue bt i was ask to chk after one hrs. After that days i am continuing directed for checking after one hrs and now have mentionaly harrased by this company cell and service nd my family has also angry with me bcoz of this issue. I am totaly confused why i went for this deal after contuning spending 3 day and night at retailer shop i am still having the same problem pls shortout me the way
