Reliance GSM Mobile Service — 2g Data validity Deduction Issue | |||||
Hello sir, I'm Alok Kumar from Patna Bihar. My reliance gsm no is [protected]. I was using 2g data plan of Rs. 282 (6gb 2g data for 90 days). I had recharged this plan on 23/09/2015. After recharged I had checked(sending MBAL to 55333) my 2g gprs balance Which was to be expired on 21/12/2015. Last time I had checked on 23/11/2015. I got a message in my inbox "Your 2G Net Bal is 18420.90 MB is valid till[protected] ., " I always used to check my gprs balance so I have many messages in my inbox. Please, Help me sir! 2 days ago, I called to reliance customer care for solving my problem. He taken my complaint request. Request no is[protected]. By this complaint, my problem will be resolved in the next 2 days but there is no solution from reliance service.

Dear Sir, I called many times to reliance customer care for solving my problem but I was unable to reach to the customer care employees so, today I need to use other reliance customer's mobile number for making any call to customer care service.

according to reliance customer care, I had easy recharged of Rs.2 (30mb 3g data for 1day) on 28/11/2015 but the fact is that it's automatically recharged on my no that's why my 2g data plan's validity lapsed. I asked for this easy recharged transaction id to customer care and she give me transaction id:[protected]. I'm 99% sure that it is the bad policy of Reliance GSM Mobile Service provider. if today I recharged on my number for 90 days data plan and tomorrow someone will recharged for 2 days data plan. and then my data validity lapsed 87 days. sir this very bad system.its very very very bad system of not only reliance but all mobile service providers...
