My balance has been reduced. I don't know why the amount has been reduced so . I called customer care they said amount has charged for value added services activated before 3 days. I didn't activate any pack and I didn't get any confirmation message also. I asked without my activation how can you activate value added services so I asked to refund balance but they not refunded Was this information helpful? |
