I said specifically that I will be coming to ooty on 26rh March. 2023. Today when I called your person they are saying that I neither mentioned the dates and I did not make any payment. I was not told about any payment process. All I was told that I will be getting one day lodging for free. Very sorry to say that you people are not serious in serving customers properly. You people think that availing free coupon service we customers are to be treated in this way. Very bad experience.
