Reliance Industries — couldn't apply to reliance rights

I am regd holder of reliance ind ltd vide regd folio no.[protected].

I want to participate in reliance rights. So, i gothrough https://rights.kfintech.com/.

While enter into my folio and pan number i am getting error message as
"invalid folio - enter correct folio number".

Recently i have opened demat account with aditya birla money ltd., and my cdsl demat acct no.[protected].

So, what's the procedure to participate in reliance right issue?
