Hi Team,
I had made the request for unistallation of my jio postpaid broadband connection[protected] and account number[protected]. Jio service engineer came to my apartment and collected the router and took my bank account details to process the refund of the security deposit on 21 Sep 2022. However i have not received the refund till date. Even after multiple followups with the customer care i have not received my refund till date. Please help in the resolution of this issue ASAP.
