On august 1st i made a query to redeem a voucher for set top box in my jio app as I was using only fibernet. While paying for it through UPI the payment failed in my jio app. And query was also not taken. But my ₹1000 got deducted from my bank. After complaining multiple times no one is responding. From Jio side. I even verified with my bank and Samsung pay they both confirmed me that the amount is credited to merchant account that is reliance Jio account. Was this information helpful? |
