I recharged my jio no. [protected] with rs. 408 today but I didn't got any confirmation message nor I got any benefits... I didn't got any data nor I m able to make calls.

Really big CHEATERS.
No support from customer care.
Their response is like ... "We said you have used this much MB/GB" ...means we have no choice. Just accept it that they are CHEATERS and they will cheat us ...we can't do anything.
Either switch to any other operator or just throw the JIO SIM In dustbin.

They are definitely duping consumers on data usage. When I called customer care, their representative said that it's a technical problem and that correct data usage will get reflected. Later when I asked for the supervisor, he turned the story around and said there is no back end issue and that the usage shown on the app is correct. On multiple occasions, I've got messages within one minute of teceivung the 90% usage alert that entire data is consumed. It's a scam, typical reliance! Should not have expected any better..
