Dear sir, This is a serious matter of security breaching in which coupon generated on one device can be redeemed by some third party user. I downloaded the myjio application and generated a coupon to get a jio sim card for my 4g device but when i reached at the store just few hours after that i found it was already redeemed. How is this possible? What should i do now to get a sim? Thanks. I had got a jio Sim for free more than a month ago in vit vellore, but is yet to be activated. I am sick and tired of waiting and want it activated ASAP. The guy who gave me the Sim told me that it would get activated within 4 days. A friend of mine bought a Sim recently from bangalore and his got activated in 3 days.
Jio SIM is being sold outside for 200 rs in bangalore. At the same time when we asked for JIO SIM in reliance digital store, they said SIM will come after 15-20 day.
My query is howcome JIO is available in outside mobile store. Thats why they are charging. Please forward this info and look into such black marketing.

I applied for the reliance jio sim and i get coupon code when i went to reliance store, they said that coupon code is already redeemed..
I personally not given my coupon code to any one. I call customer care, they said. they can not do anything because the code is already redeemed.

I had took Jio Sim on 5th-sept-2016 and on 9th Sept I had got order number NO00000JMED5 and till now.I havn't got any sms on ready for tele-verification and also Ihavn't got my jio mobile number also. I had not got any sms on this .Please I request u to reply on this as soon as possible
