Reliance Jio Infocomm — Barred calls and broadband service in spite of paying money | |||||
I had purchase jiofi dec 2016, activatge with jio sim upto march 31, 2017, so far no issue But — when i paid online to recharge for offer on 8th march 2017, jio prime 99rs and jio 303 rs. — though i was debited 402 — m/s jio said they did not receive and to ask my bank icici, for further refund/issues. In spite of proving that debits are present in my account even to date, no refund/reverse charge done, no response is given for emails, phone calls, service representatives just say they will refund in 7 days!! UPC # AT881267 rejected. Refund for order number NO00002NE67K is pending. Nobody on earth including Mukesh Ambani does not know how to refund. Worst customer service, dummy retailer.
