Reliance Jio Infocomm — benefits not received after recharge | |
I have two mobile numbers of jio 1) [protected] and 2) [protected]. In both cases i have similar problem. The problem is regarding the benefit not received for the recharge done of rs149/- through successful payment through paytm. The transaction references are as follows: For [protected]: Jmjiopay message dated 18 march 2017 having successful recharge and have transaction id: [protected]. The paytm transaction id : [protected] and order id is [protected] dated 18 march 2017 and operator reference number given by paytm is [protected] Jio service request provided by appealate officer is sr00000dsmyu For [protected]: Jmjiopay message dated 21 march 2017 having successful recharge and have transaction id: [protected]. The paytm transaction id : [protected] and order id is [protected] dated 21 march 2017 and operator reference number given by paytm is [protected]. Jio service request provided by appellate officer is sr00000dsm6j. Both jio and paytm are rigid on their statement, they are not communicating with each other to resolve matter of recharge. Jio says they don't have record of recharge through paytm. Paytm and my self have record of successful recharge. Every time when i request them to communicate with each other to resolve matter they only give thier old statements. Due to this i am suffering. I request you to please intervene to bring them at same platform to bring solution. If they can't cooperate with each other then why they are doing business with each other and making customers their victim. Was this information helpful? | |

I booked jio phone on 25 august but still did not get jio phone. company promise to deliver jio phone on 5 sep but i am still waiting on 27 October
