[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Customer care give wrong information and cancel porting request | |||
Dear sir.. at present i m jio reliance customer...i want to switch to Airtel...when i called to jio customer care for confirmation of 90 days completed or not in jio...jio customer care say that 90 days completed ...so as per their information...i go to airtel store and submitted form for porting...and after 2 hrs i got msg that your porting request is cancle due to incompletion of 90 days... so...jio customer care provide me wrong information about my mobile number [protected]. want to port From Jio reliance to Airtel..mobile number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

At ur side m dissapoint...my jio no.is cruntely disconnect From jio company before 10 to 12 day after that m recharge my no.but till now my no.is not activate..5 to six times i call to customer care thay told me ech and every time Ill b solve ur problem At morning 9 o clock but thats y i want to port my no...plz tell me procedure to port my no.to idea company...
