I cannot make my zio recharge done through my zio app using debit card, always there is a problem in payment gateway

I have switched my network from Airtel to jio.. because there is an issue after porting my no ..im facing the same problem in jio also..at least I have little bit services I got from Airtel ..but jio is worst it's just 10 days happen porting from the Airtel I'm not getting signal strength properly 0 bar I have raised complaint..This is an update on Service Request number SR00000VWX5G for Network connectivity. Regret to inform you that the location for which you had raised a concern may face intermittent issues. We have noted your concern and will be taking steps to improve coverage in that area as we expand our network in the future. At present we are unable to commit a date, we appreciate your patience. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please call us on 198 or write to [protected]@jio.com. You may also raise an appeal with Appellate. thanks...what is use of coming to jio..if minimum services i[censored] can't provide to customers..I really regret that switching from Airtel make my choice wrong ..I have shared my concern above i[censored] plz can u help me to get resolution asap..kindly revert me back...Im waiting for ur response..bad services team...not expected..
