Sir i had booked an india ka smart phone in favour of me in the month of august with an advance payment of rs 500. My mob no is [protected] and postal code is 180003. I am proceeding on permanent posting to new delhi in this month where j&k phone can not function and there is no option in this phone to change the sim card, hence the phone may be useless for me in delhi.in view of the above you are requested to resolve the matter are arrange to refund of my money.
