Reliance Jio — Jio sim not working

I purchase lyf flame8 mobil on dated 06/09/2016 from cell spot, raigarh bill no. 2350 bearing imei1: [protected] and imei2 : [protected] and provided free jio sim iccid[protected], imsi : [protected].
I submitted documents for activation of the sim. Massage received from jio and given no. [protected] on my alternate no. [protected].
As no jio signal appeared at lyf mobile after placing sim in slot 1.
I approched to the jio care at raigarh but till dated not resolved.
Also not given answer what to do?
Please do needfull immediatly.

I buy reliance ji phone and a sim before 15 days but is still not activated and there is no response from company i have call customer care no twice or three times a day but after beebing no response has been done please tell me when my jio sim and respected phone will activate or company should refund my money

Helo, Sir, I'm from Baddi, I hereby informed you to your reliance Jio store at Baddi, your employees behaviour was very bad, I already purchased LYE jio ph and 8 days before but still not get a Jio Sim, I'm a female customer although yours employees behavior very rough, , kindly do needful
