Reliance Jio — Preview offer | |||
I bought Lyf flame 1 mobile a month ago with preview offer valid for 3 months (till Nov, 2016). But Suddenly reliance Jio changed my plan to welcome offer before preview offer expiration date. Preview offer was for unlimited data and voice service but now welcome offer provide only 4GB data after which speed reduces to around 10kbps. At the time of mobile purchase I was promised that the preview offer will be valid for 90 days. But now, it changed into the welcome offer which offends the policy. A MNC like Reliance should never do such a thing and they must at least continue the preview offer with... ki Was this information helpful? | |||
