Reliance Jio — Sim not activated after 24 hours | |||
I would like to inform that i purchased a jio lyf phone-model - wind 5 From reliancedigital store, received the jio sim card from jio office- Rajat enclave, lachit nagar @ 6.00 pm yesterday, submitted 5 photos With pan card n dl copy. I was told that the sim will be activated Within 24 hrs but not activated till now. Today in day time, i Complaint in customercare no. Two times, but still the same.In past, I always felt negleted for reliance services, this time also same Thing is happening. Purchased LYF flame2 in Ril digital, karimnagar on 6/8/2016 at 4.05pm. given all documents for sim activation aftet 24 hours also not actvated sim [protected].
