I had purchased reconnect tv led 56" from reliance digital, nizampura vadodara Gujarat July 2016. my led screen issue panel problem . I have complaint in reliance digital but not proper solutions or response I have complained to the service persons thrice and waited for 1month 20.days……….. But everytime, they register the complaint and did not attended. & complaint at customer care of reliance digital But form there also no response is coming. I am fed-up guys... Very disappointed... I am facing the same issue with my 43 inch led TV
They took more than 20 days to send a technician who was a kid not more than 19-20 years of age.
I will not be surprised when they visit you and in minutes the technician will tell you that its physical damage which will not be covered under warranty.
They have given me the same excuse - and i will sue them in Consumer Court.

my led screen issue panel problem . I have complaint in reliance digital but not proper solutions or response I have complained to the service persons and waited for 1month……….. But everytime, they register the complaint and did not attended.
& complaint at customer care of reliance digital, they always keep on saying my panel is on the way, , , ,
now the service engineer has given my 75 yr old dad a offer in which he can purchase a new tv in 60% discount, which i guess that guy is going to give, i tried calling him after that he is attending ma calls ... and for your information my tv has an extended warranty of 4 yrs ..
I am fed-up guys... Very disappointed...

My Tv picture tube not working only voice running before same complain already lodge but that time your representative say not same problum again do this
