[Resolved]  Reliance Life Insurance — Non delivery of docs

Dear Sir, I dispatch one Docs to Mumbai Dt- 08.10.2014.But till date that Document not received in our HO.it is already 13days completed. Today i talked in Kolkata office MOb no- [protected], She reply me that we are sending it to Mumbai .Plz consult with Mumbai team, But when i talk in MOb-[protected] (Mumbai RO Head) regarding this matter..he reply me that we are not receiving this docs from Kolkata office.you consult in Kolkata office.. Plz verify this & suggest me further...THis document is Highly important docs.. Dear Mr Pathak, As per our telephonic Ms Shweta(Mob No- [protected]) Mumbai, She said that this type of Documents was not received in Mumbai.You Contact to Kollkata office. Plz verify this & do the needful asap.. Already 20days completed.I need details any cost by 2mr .
