Reliance Life Insurance — PAN Remove from IRDA Portal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have agent code with Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since Nov 2018 code AMP22244453.

I never worked as agent and never sale a single policy for Reliance Nippon Life Insurance and my agency terminated on in 2018 with reason Non fulfilment of Minimum business criteria.

I requested to Reliance Nippon Life for remove my PAN from IRDA portal. But the are help less to help me.

I am requesting to help me for Remove my PAN card (PAN No : ANMPN8034G) from IRDA portal.
