Sir/madam,
We want to surrender our policies no.50889126 &50889177, named-abhas chandra asim & runam kumari bcz some our domestic liabilities and not satisfied from this policy, at the time of opening Froude agent said some other and after receiving the bond policy was other,
So after three yr I want to close and finally surrender our policy.
