I ordered an Item from JioMart and yet to recieve it. I submitted tickets to issue refund and yet to recieve it.

I'm Appalled by the lack of sincerity in their service. It's because of that I urge JioMart to either deliver the item immediately or refund it....

My complaint is towards the Reliance smart of Dhenkanal, Odisha. I am local citizen of the town Dhenkanal where I on a daily basis visit Reliance smart and face a lot of problems like whenever I have query regarding a product I asked the employee of the store but they simply ignore as it feels like they are not interested regarding customer problem and for billing also customers have to make a big line towards a single billing counter even...

The vegetables being sold are at a much higher price than the market rates.

Eggs and bread are not fresh.

Many Grocery items are out of stock.

Please look into the matter....

I purchased a bottle of Dabur honey from reliance smart store in Mangalore. The discount was mentioned as 115 per bottle. However on billing the cashier informed me that it was Rs 85 only. When i asked the store manager Yuvaraj he rudely informed me that it is 85 only and that he does not care about waht is printed. We live in annojiguda and regularly visit reliance smart point every week and purchase around 3 to 4 thousand every time. 

Last week when we r at d shop, my son was mixed just small pieces of one item to another..then immediately housekeeping lady came and shouted at my son of 3 years old and my wife also.( Housekeeping lady was shouting at CUSTOMER..this is the training ur giving to them ###...

I purchased 3600 rs products no cashback came on date 26 Jan my number [protected] and i recharged one other jio number then also cashback not camed so please add on my cashback...

They delivered spoiled product in my case cashew rs 400 and they are not even taking the responsibility. In the name of customer service they r torturing us. I already raised a complaint on jio mart but they deleted it then i sent the same complaint on mail on 31 jan which was still within 7 days from the delivery time of 27 jan. I have called their representatives several times and instead of providing a solution they put me on hold or hung...

The security is not allowing customers even at 7.45am..this is a big problem...

IN your Vizianagaram store, the Nandini milk is priced for 51 rs, but your manager Teja told he can not sell for that price and he said the price is 53 rs
if the price increased he has to change the board, but he did not and he told the sales girl not to sell the milk for me, his behavior is rude and they told if we purchase for 200 the small 10 rs soap is free, but in the bill, they added 10 rs,

I went to the reliance smart store near me and they have these huge boards stating 'Buy any one Get one free and Buy any two get any one free'. According to that they are supposed to provide that scheme on every product available there. Second issue is they have written excess amount on the shelves than the actual MRP written on the product itself and then they provide discount on the excess amount. I am Rakesh Mathur, a regular customer of the nearby Reliance Smart store Sector -11, Hiran Magri, Udaipur. Today I went for the monthly groceries shopping at the mentioned store where I met with a SEVERE ACCIDENT inside the store.

I bring to your notice that your bilaspur Chhattisgarh situated vyapaar vihar smart point staff as well as manager behaviour is too bad for us, today I visited in shop and demand a box of dairy milk chocolate so first they deny and check with his statement with manager, manager not come in front and told to staff that they sale only 10 pcs not on box, so I am surprised and ask that this is not written any where in shop...

First of all fraudulent offers is displayed in the store and when billing of the item captured wrong price, we went to the customer support desk.
But no one was there, a staff member near there was trying to reach the store manager but he didn't turned up.
