Jio mart
I have bought a Samsung handset on 26.01.23 which had some technical issues.
Since this was within the return period I have raised a return however JIo asked me to visit service center to get a DO. When I went to service centre they said DO period was over.
Jio did not communicate any DO period to me
I had to sell the handset at a loss of Rs 2000.
Further they also did not give me the free jio sim.
I want some action against this fraud company with compensation. Was this information helpful? |
