Reliance Mart — Long waited for billing for single article at express counter but cashier didn't billed bcoz I hv not carried my reliance card.

Today i waited long at express counter of reliance mart at 150 ft. Ringroad rajkot. Gujarat for single article billing but cashier denied to bill becoz i hd not carried my reliance cardat the time. When i presented this issue at floormanager he also forced me to get new reliance card. It means i[censored] dont have reliance membership card u cant pirchase even single item from reliance mart, same this i said to floormanager then he also told me "biil nahi banega reliance card hona zaruri he...".. And finally i left that article there and returned to home...
