Hello, I would like to raise a complaint relating to a refund.
On 11 may, I purchase groceries worth Rs 1, 513 from my nearest reliance smart point, as when my turn came to check out I opted for digital transactions I.e jio pay, and while I was scanning the QR the computer system crashed but the transaction went through. After the technician intervention the computer was online and to my surprise the amount I paid via jio pay was not showing up on the screen, I approached the manager and ask what should I do so the manager he asked for my bill no to check if the money I’ve paid is in the system or not, after sometime the manager came told me that the amount is not reflecting in their system and you have to pay again and I did after I was assured it will be refunded.
