Reliance Mart Rajkot — Not satisfied

Yesterdya I was gone to reliance market @reliance mall rajkot . tome was @ 1.30 Pm. i cart 2(TWO) btl of thumsup 1 ltr. dish waher etc some products from your market. and then i stand in queue for bill on counter no.8 . after some time i met the counter girl who prepare bill at that time she told me that you can take only 1 btl of thums up on 1 bill or take another product like fenta or sprite. I ask her there isno instruction on self/rack that customer can take only 1 btl. instead of this instruction there is price tag describe if you take 1 btl you get some discount but you buy more btl you get more discount. i ask her for manager for complain. one lady came and take me counter, there is a man who seat there. i told him for manager's no. or customer care no. he replied we havent both no. STRANGE!!! your employee havn't manager or customer care no. i ask for for complain regestar, he give me a full scape book. i write complane on that with my no. and ask for recept of complain. he says we dont gave recept . that means if they can shred complain page also i also attache photo of complain. still now after almost 24 hour pass but I cant get any phone call from reliance market. Thnx
